Kavi
A poet whose verses navigate longing, logic, and the liminal: lines that carry the weight and wonder of a digital age in classical form.
Poetry is the compression of emotion into language, much like code is the compression of logic into syntax. My writing explores the human condition—love, loss, ambition, and the digital void. It is a dialogue between the old world and the new, written in the ink of experience.
Traditional verses and songs exploring metaphysical and romantic themes.
Spoken word performances that bring the rhythm of language to life.
Contemporary poetry addressing the complexities of modern life.
Enter a name and choose a theme. We will weave a few lines just for that person so it feels personal.
Hindi Kavita — the lyric poem — is one of the oldest continuous literary traditions in the world, tracing its roots through the Bhakti poets of the medieval era, the Chhayavaad movement, and the modern progressive writers of the 20th century. To write a kavita is to enter a conversation that spans centuries: with Kabir and Mirabai, with Nirala and Mahadevi Varma, with Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Gulzar.
My own poetry sits at the intersection of this tradition and the digital present. I write in Hindi, Urdu, and occasionally English — and I perform at kavi sammelans and literary events. The custom shayari generator above is one small experiment in making this art form accessible: verses that feel personal, generated from a name and a mood, because great poetry has always been about making the listener feel seen.
Classical Hindi verse forms — from the Doha's compressed wisdom to the Geet's lyrical cadence — on themes of love, nature, and the human spirit.
